The Successful Interior Designer

What makes an Interior Architect successful?

Have you ever asked yourself this question?

You need to know the way, you don’t always need a big wallet.

Let’s find out:

The basic Rule: Number 1:

The top professionals are not jealous

(Whaaat? What do you mean?)

Every Architect wants and dreams of a wealthy client, be able to spend, for the space that is called to create.
The Architect should never have feelings like: “pff… this Richie rich wants chandeliers and leather couches and golden faucets. I could never have all this for me…” 😣
Noooo!
You want the best for your client the most luxurious solution, according his demands, budget and dreams.
You want to fulfil his dreams and make him feel confident and relaxed and safe in any space you create for him. The budget that is spent is irrelevant. When you think money, you think the best price depending on the best quality. “Value for money”
It’s your best opportunity to make someone happy and make his dreams come true. That’s the idea.

Rule NO2:
The Architect should listen carefully the client. Sometimes – if not all of the times –he is something like a therapist. The client probably will confess to you, personal moments of his life, family, professional bad moments, his finances and the list goes on. Get to know him better. This way you‘ll design any space assigned to you, just FOR HIM.  Make the client realize that. (Bespoke design)
Of course there are a lot of Architectural Firms that design for everyone in a specific personal style (Brand style).

No issue there either.

Rule No 3

Because of rule no 2, here is the third basic rule: CONFIDENTIALITY

Create,     Imagine,

think outside of yourself,

Dream Big (if possible)

This is a fact – never changes. 😍
